Cancellation Policy

If an order is cancelled within 24 hours of placing an order, we provide free cancellations for the same and refund the entire amount back to the source.

For any order cancelled post 24 hours of placing an order, we do not provide any cancellation and will only be providing a credit note for the same.

As part of usual business practice, Krisani reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the entire amount back to you, if order has not been approved / processed by Krisani.
